The unique food processor to "pacotise"
Pacojet is a unique food processor that transforms fresh ingredients
into ready-to-serve sorbets and ice cream by processing them from
frozen state, without thawing. Pacojet can also be used to process
savoury recipes ranging from light, airy mousse and fine pates to
vegetable and herb concentrates.
Pacojet processes without breaking the freezing chain so partly
used beakers can be safely put back into the freezer with no wastage.
